Ginger Vanilla Spiced Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 cup Plant-based milk

1 serve Clean Vegan Protein Vanilla

2 Bananas frozen

1 tbsp Almond butter

1 tsp Nutmeg (all spice)

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Ginger

Handful of medjool dates

 

To Serve

Granola

Mixed nuts of choice

2 Bananas frozen

Shredded coconut

Ground cinnamon

1 tsp Cinnamon

Almond butter melted

 

Method

1. Add the peanut butter and coconut sugar to a bowl and mix till creamy.

2. Add in flour, clean vegan protein powder, baking soda and salt and fold in pumpkin seeds and cranberries.

3. Roll dough into balls and place evenly onto baking tray.

4. Flatten slightly and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden at 180C. Enjoy!
